More than just a physical expansion, the new MoMA is a rethinking of how art is shared with its visitors. A renewed focus on the visitor experience has allowed our team to create a curriculum of benchmark learning experiences specifically designed to motivate visitor-facing employees in all departments to provide exceptional customer experiences at the museum.
By tailoring our training to the unique needs of the staff, whether volunteer or full time employees, and managers, we are helping MoMA to fulfill its aspiration “To Be the Most Welcoming Museum in the World.”
